Q1. Online Ordering Process & Policy

 

You may purchase Johnson fitness ® products online by selecting the "Add to Cart" buttons on the various product pages. Use this area to review our complete product list, and view our policies pertaining to your privacy, delivery, cancellations and returns. Here is a brief description of the shopping process:

Online Ordering Process & Policy

 

  1. You select the Johnson Fitness® product of your choice by adding it to your shopping cart. You may add items to or remove items from your shopping cart.
  2. When ready to checkout, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button to log in to our online ecommerce system. Create a username and password if you are a new user. If you are a returning user, please log in using your existing access information.
  3. Once logged in, provide your shipping and billing address information. Your shipping address MUST be the address to which you wish to have the actual piece of fitness equipment, or small part, delivered. Your personal information is kept strictly confidential, so you may purchase in confidence. Read our Privacy Policy for further details.
  4. Please check the delivery cost for further details.  Most products will be delivered within 10 business days. Please note that if you are located more out of Klang Valley, you may incur additional delivery charges.

  5. Review the pricing breakdown, including the product price, and delivery and assembly charge. Click on the "Complete Purchase" button to finalize the transaction and to submit your order. 

  6. Once your order has been received, If you ordered a piece of fitness equipment (bike, elliptical, treadmill or strength product), you will be contacted by our customer service within three working days of placing the order to set up a convenient time for delivery and assembly of the product in your home. If you have not been contacted by our customer service, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1300-88-0558.

  7. Please note that your online purchase order is only valid for 30days for delivery arrangement. If exceeds the time limit has not delivered shall be deemed cancelled. Our company reserves the rights not to comply any refund of redemption after 30 days of Delivery period.
  8. Our Customer Service will deliver and assemble your new piece(s) of fitness equipment in your home at your convenience.
  9. Enjoy your new Johnson Fitness product! If you have any questions or concerns with your product, please contact our Customer Service Department, or use the Support section of our website.

Q2. Cancellation

Cancellation is not allowed once the order has been made through online payment system. Payment or Deposit is non refundable for cancellation.

Q3. Returns & Refund Policy

Our technician will install the equipment in the warehouse before delivery for QC test purposes. The Equipments that we send out are in the perfect condition and are packed with care.

However, If there is any defect on the purchase commodity, please notify us within seven ( 7 ) working days from the date of delivery, the integrity returns (including the original packaging and accessories) if exceeds the time limit has not return shall be deemed no complaint.

Our company reserves the rights not to comply any refund of redemption if request is made after 7 days of cooling period. Refund will be given at the discretion of the company management. Returns on damaged items will with on a case-by-case basis. Please note that delivery charges is non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customers. Re-shipping charges for exchanged item(s) will be applied.
