Q1. My treadmill slows down and/or makes a slapping noise. What should I do?

When the treadmill slows down and makes a slapping noise, it cause due to the treadmill is not level or balance. You should adjust the floor leveler which is under the treadmill and tighten to the floor and balance it. Make sure all the floor leveler is Well tighten and balance.

Q2. What if I do not have any power on my exercise bike?

When there is no power on the bike, you should check the adapter whet ever its well connected. If still there is no power check the main connection and still no power call Johnson Fitness technician or help.

Q3. My Cross - Trainer is making a thumping noise. What should I look for?

When the cross trainer making a thumping noise, firstly check whetever the machine is balance or not. If its not balance, adjust the floor leveler and tight to the floor.

Q4. When I call for service, I am always asked for the serial number of my machine. Where do I find it?

 a) Treadmills:
      - The serial No can be found on the motor cover or on the frame below motor cover.

 b) Upright Exercise Bikes:
      - The Serial No for Bikes can be found on the front wheel frame or under the Console
         Neck Cover     

c)  Recumbent Exercise Bikes:
       - The serial No for Recumbent Bike can be found on the front wheel frame or under the
          Console neck cover      

d) Cross-Trainer:
       - The serial No for Cross Trainer can be found under the console neck cover or on the
          Front wheel

Q5. How do I know if my exercise equipment is under warranty?

The warranty is 1 year for all the equipment and the warranty begins from the date of receive the equipment. Every Equipment that you purchase we will provide warranty card, and the warranty card have a column on where the warranty begins and expired.

Q6. What do I do if the belt and deck on my treadmill wears out?

Once the belt is wears out, you have to call Johnson fitness technician to change a new one. If continue using it, it can cause some other damages.
