Q1. Our delivery policy

  1. The delivery will take 7 working days(within klang valley) & 10 working days (outstation) from the date of Purchase. Date of purchase will be base on the payment confirmation.
  2. Johnson Technician will install the equipment in the warehouse before delivery for QC test purposes.
  3. Customer shall check the equipment condition, Functions, programs, and warranty card upon delivery.
  4. After checking, our technician will provide the Delivery Order for customer to sign. Once you have sign, it’s considered you are satisfy with our delivery product.
  5. The warranty starts from the date of equipment received and valid for 1 year from the date of received.
  6. The warranty is clearly written down on the warranty card.
  7. The warranty excludes the damage caused by improper maintenance and installation by you when the equipment under warranty.

Q2. When I can receive my equipment after I Purchase?

The delivery will take 10 working days from the date of purchase the equipment.

Q3. How do I track my order after I purchase the equipment?

a) Purchase from retail outlet
After purchase the equipment our staff will provide you the Purchase Order, And you can provide us the Purchase Order No to Track the details and ask for any information.

b) Purchase online
Customer may check the status online by signing in->member area.

Q4. What are the parts under warranty?

Wear and tear parts is under warranty Ex :- Motor, Elevation Motor, Running Mat. Front Roller & Rear Roller. Electronics Parts; - MCB & Console Control Board.

Q5. How many days that you take to repair or replacement of spare parts?

We will action in 7 working days (within klang valley) 10 working days (outstation) from the date of complaint received. Charges on sparepark will be on the warranty period and contetn. Hoewer, labour charges or transportation charges may occur base on case by case basis.
